碩天科技炒股案 調查官否認洩密

台北地檢署偵辦碩天科技炒股洩密案，發現北市調查處調查官郭詩晃搜索前，曾與漢康科技副董張嘉元到酒店碰頭，懷疑郭將搜索訊息洩漏給張，由張通報藝人邵昕湮滅證據。

檢察官昨依洩密罪嫌傳喚郭詩晃，郭承認去過儷園酒店，但否認洩漏辦案訊息給張嘉元（另案通緝），檢方訊後請回。調查局表示，郭詩晃涉足聲色場所，將行政懲處。
