黃牌跟紅牌除了稅金不同, 兩者路權一模一樣

去年7月1號黃牌開放路權, 已經跟紅牌沒有差別

現在路上看到的黃牌, 大綿羊比較多, 紅牌車打檔的比較多,

因為才開放不到一年, 大綿羊造型跟白牌又很像

很多路上的汽機車駕駛, 仍把黃牌當成白牌看

而台灣的法律, 要求重機比照汽車,法規卻不周全或者擾民

常常起很多爭議,

因此,黃牌車主新手上路,需要適應一段時間, 就會了解該怎麼應對
