陸商務部對歐美四氯乙烯發起反傾銷調查

大陸商務部31日宣布，決定對原產於歐盟和美國進口的四氯乙烯(Perchlorethylene或Tetrachloroethylene，簡稱PCE)進行反傾銷立案調查。

大陸商務部指出，於2013年4月28日收到山東新龍科技股份和昊華鴻鶴化工代表大陸國內四氯乙烯產業提交的反傾銷調查申請，申請人請求對原產於歐盟和美國的進口四氯乙烯進行反傾銷調查。

本次調查自2013年5月31日起開始，通常應在2014年5月31日前結束調查，特殊情況下可延長至2014年11月30日。

四氯乙烯是一種重要的有機氯產品，用途廣泛，在工業上主要用作有機溶劑、乾洗劑、脫硫劑、織物整理劑、金屬去污劑等。
