假油事件滾雪球，從食安問題滾出首次公開釋股（IPO）疑雲。有網友質疑富味鄉涉嫌美化財報為股票申請上市櫃布局，金管會副主委黃天牧昨（26）日表示，證交所、櫃買中心已著手了解。

台北金融研究發展基金會昨日舉辦「大中華區選擇權種子師資培訓（TTT）計畫」始業式，黃天牧應邀致詞。他在會後受訪，談到近期富味鄉油品衍生問題時，做出上述表示。

近日有網友比對富味鄉資產負債表及現金流量表，發現富味鄉營收、獲利創新高，但營業現金流量竟連續兩年出現負數，存貨和應收帳款也增加，質疑富味鄉營收與獲利可能是透過「塞貨」創造，以美化財務報表，為上市櫃鋪路。

統計上周以來，富味鄉股價大跌45%。
