偷排強酸廢水　南市環保局逮到2家電鍍廠

【李恩慈、王志弘／台南報導】台南市環保局今天啟動毒水專案，在仁德區查到有2家電鍍廠偷排強酸廢水，酸鹼值最高達4.68，依法開單告發，最高可處60萬元，且將追繳業者不當利得，另將依違反水污染防治法移送台南地檢署偵辦。
 
環保局今天會同檢警同步稽查6家業者，其中有一家未領有廢水排放許可文件，竟逕行將廢水排入河川，另有一家電鍍廠則偷埋暗管，稽查人員動工開挖，當場發現有酸性液體滲漏，拍照蒐證舉發。
 
環保局長張皇珍強調「最重將處以停工、停業處分！」環保局將出動自動水質監測儀器、透地雷達等科學儀器，徹底查緝不法排放。籲請市民打免付費環保報案專線0800-066666檢舉，如查獲重大違規案件者，將可核發給民眾的檢舉獎金。
