台灣證券交易所今天表示，F-大洋（5907）違反重大訊息規定，處以3萬元罰款。

證交所表示，F-大洋子公司南京大洋百貨及武漢光谷大洋百貨，分別於2012年12月4日董事會決議資金貸與子公司大洋百貨集團，經查符合「對有價證券上市公司重大訊息之查證暨公開處理程序」第2條第1項第23款情事，惟該公司遲至今年1月10日21時56分始輸入公開資訊觀測站重大訊息畫面，已違反處理程序規定，故處以違約金3萬元。
