夏季電費(6/1~9/30)合理嗎?:

夏季電費?一季不是3個月嗎?台電從6/1~9/30實施夏季電費,但一年為四季,一季為3個月,既然說是夏季電費,就應該以季為單位,不應該以台灣天氣形態為時間限制,台電擺明是坑老百姓!公平會是不是應該介入調查?
