如何報名(正修科技大學進修部四技) ?????

我想報名高雄正修科技大學四技夜校........
到底該怎麼報名呢?? [我是今年剛畢業的!但沒有考統測]

所以我沒有統測成績!!!!
上網查有說去買報名表寫一寫在到楠梓現場報名就ok了
但是那個報名表上面有要我寫統測成績.但我沒有考怎麼寫??

我有點霧煞煞的><
請大家幫幫我告訴我最簡單明瞭的報名方式......
