經濟好轉 歐元區失業率持平

（中央社台北31日電）歐元區6月失業率持平，在此同時經濟逐漸擺脫有史以來最長衰退的跡象愈來愈多。

歐洲聯盟統計局今天表示，歐元區上個月失業率維持在12.1%。歐盟統計局將5月原先公布的12.2%失業率修正後，6月失業率保持在史上最高點。彭博訪調的36位經濟師預估中值也是持平。

7月製造業生產指數意外擴張，為兩年來首見，加上企業信心連3個月改善後，歐元區經濟展露出經濟復甦冒嫩芽的跡象。經濟師預期，連6季萎縮的歐元區經濟可能會在6月止這3個月停滯，這季將再度成長。

倫敦渣打集團（Standard Chartered Plc）歐洲研究部主管休溫（Sarah Hewin）說：「依經驗來看，就算經濟恢復成長，還需要6到9個月失業率才會好轉。儘管景氣有起色，但失業率維持在高點，甚至到明年前還攀升我也不會意外。」

根據彭博調查經濟師的月度報告，第4季失業率將上升至12.4%，明年均值為12.3%。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）1020731
