ETC判讀失敗需靠人眼 幸有眼尖美女高手

遠通電收為國道計程收費建置的三百一十九座「ETC感應門架」，以十個月工期全部完成，目前正進入測試驗證階段，而ETC門架上的三大模組需要定期維護，在不影響用路人行車情形下，工作人員有如蜘蛛般需在離地近六公尺作業，相當具有挑戰性。（閻大富報導）

遠通電收維運部經理方菀萍表示，「ETC感應門架」有完整的技術系統，包含車輛偵測、自動扣款及執法模組等，透過即時蒐集，並利用高速網路將用路人的通行資料，送到後端的處理中心。而所謂執法模組，其實是一組照相設備，並沒有測速功能。

遠通電收強調，全世界車牌自動辨識技術幾乎只能做到百分之九十，而目前國道每天大約有三萬六千輛次的車牌，因ETC感應扣款失敗，需透過人工判讀，比對車牌照片找出正確車籍。

遠通電收在高公局旁，設置一處「問題車牌判讀中心」，解決感應失敗的車牌問題，美女判讀高手范心語歷練六年，平均每六秒就能找出問題車牌身世。（圖：美女判讀車牌高手范心語）
