【短片】醉漢「伸手」搶劫銀行　5分鐘被逮

【王志弘／台南報導】白河土地銀行今天上午發生搶案，一名滿是酒味的朱姓男子赤手空拳衝到櫃檯，伸手直說：「搶劫，把錢交出來。」保全隨即上前勸離，但男子執意要搶，銀行報警處理，警隨即將人逮回派出所，整起搶案約5分鐘就偵破。

白河警方說，朱嫌有中度身心障礙手冊。從家中邊走邊喝啤酒，步行3公里去搶銀行，被逮後胡言亂語，隨即趴在桌上睡覺，無法配合偵訊。警方初步研判應為精神病發，臨時起意犯案，但仍須依強盜未遂罪嫌移送台南地檢。
