為狗事鄰居互告　和解收場

基隆市64歲蘇姓女子與44歲賴姓男子為鄰居關係，日前賴男走過住家後門陽台時，遭蘇女飼養的狗咬傷右下肢，傷口約8公分，賴男一氣之下，用木棍毆打狗頭致死，2人互告傷害、毀損及傷害動物致死罪，雙方最後言和，撤回傷害及毀損告訴，而違反動物保護法方面，應係公訴罪，檢方姑念賴男並無前科，素行良好，且已達成和解，檢方依職權為不起訴處分。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
