微軟新CEO年薪逾3600萬　比前任高7成

據《華爾街日報》報導，微軟周二正式任命印度裔的納德拉（Satya Nadella）為新任CEO，同時開出1年底薪120萬美元（約3636萬台幣），比前任執行長鮑默（Steve Ballmer）高出70%以上。

微軟表示，納德拉的薪資報酬還包括最高金額為底薪3倍的主管獎金，以及2015年度價值1320萬美元的選擇權發放。總計納德拉擔任執行長第1年可獲得1800萬美元薪酬。
       
鮑默在2000年出任微軟執行長總計僅拿到63.3萬美元薪資。原因是任職期間拒绝接受公司股票獎勵，只接受獎金、福利和其它待遇。（編輯組／綜合外電報導）
