方便家人探視 扁盼移監高雄

立法院司法及法制委員會昨天安排考察法務部矯正署所屬台中監獄及附設培德醫院，與會立委也「順道」探視在培德的前總統陳水扁。據立委轉述，陳水扁氣色很好、表達順暢，他並提到希望移監到高雄，方便家人探視，聊到「扁媽」時，他還一度哽咽說不出話。

曾任陳水扁北市府祕書長的國民黨立委廖正井，主動安排此次考察。這也是首次有藍營立委前往探扁。廖正井說，扁氣色很好、邏輯不錯、表達也順暢，只是雙手仍微微顫抖。
