統計：1月電信業者投訴案　中華電最多

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今天公布一月通訊電信民眾申訴案，總計有622件，其中行動通訊有519件，比率逾8成3，遠高於固網和二類通訊的客訴案件。在被投訴業者部分，中華電信居冠，有150件，比率近2成9,其次是遠傳134件，比率近2成6，再次為台灣大126件，逾2成4。

至於行動通訊被申訴的原因，以通訊連線品質太差最多，佔33.7%，其次是計費問題，佔9.8%。
