昨天(8/11)台北車站有什麼活動嗎？

經過時覺得比平時有更多的東南亞外籍人士
以往看到一群群都是準備出遊的旅客
但昨天好像不太一樣，是有舉辦什麼活動嗎？

去年夏天好像也有在車站大廳看過好大一大群人一起跳舞
而且穿著不同的便服，有些人還背著包包感覺像是經過就加入他們跳一下的
那個也不知道是什麼活動
