張盛和：亂喊房價公股銀授信將特別注意

財政部長張盛和今天在立法院表示，對於建商喊高房價的案件，公股銀行在放款時會特別注意。

張盛和今天率公股金融機構董事長、總經理向立法院財委會專案報告公股金融機構如何提升經營績效，立委盧秀燕質詢表示，最近有人喊說「房價一坪250萬元不算貴」，張盛和說，過去亂喊房價的，在實價登錄下都現形了。

盧秀燕說，對於這種亂喊房價現象，財政部有何作法？張盛和表示，站在財政部立場，公股銀行在放款時會特別注意。

盧秀燕進一步表示，八大公股行庫因承作授信業務，可以了解建商興建時的成本，如何揭露真正成本，讓民眾了解？張盛和說，在維持營業機密等前提下，可以研究看看能否適度揭露。

張盛和並表示，實際上過去那幾家喊高房價的，實價登錄後發現都是膨風的。
