透天厝的FTTH

各位大大好!~

到中華電信的光世代頻寬查詢，發現家裡的線路可以申請到100M/40M

但不知道若用VDSL是否可以達到這個速度？

但若使用FTTH的話，若有鄰居也申請光纖，是否要從家裡拉線出去？

請問若是透天厝的話，FTTH設備通常是裝在哪裡？

會不會有鄰居申請光纖後，要到自己住宅拉線？
