已許可菲勞無法入境 勞委會尊重外交部決定

菲律賓公務船射殺我國漁民，政府因不滿菲國態度反覆、沒有誠意，已祭出包括凍結菲勞等11項制裁措施，也使得部分已經獲得勞委會申請許可的菲勞無法取得簽證、進入台灣，必須更改或退訂機票。

對此，勞委會主委潘世偉今天(22日)表示，中華民國政府15日起凍結菲勞，勞委會配合相關政策暫停核發許可。至於已取得許可的菲勞無法取得入境簽證，是由外交部衡量決定，勞委會尊重。

潘世偉表示，目前並未規劃解凍菲勞的期限，若菲律賓釋出善意，才會考慮解禁。
