菲律賓平面媒體報導，菲律賓海岸防衛隊追捕台灣漁船「廣大興二十八號」時，竟然一邊笑一邊開槍，菲律賓總統府馬拉坎南宮對此不予置評。

馬拉坎南宮副發言人華爾地今天在廣播節目中不願對此發表評論，但她呼籲民眾勿輕信不具名的報導，應耐心等候國家調查局的正式報告出爐。

菲律賓調查團已於五月卅一日從台北返回馬尼拉，國家調查局官員稍早前說，菲方料可在二至三天內，完成最終調查報告。
