赫見假台灣護照

〔駐歐洲特派記者胡蕙寧／倫敦—馬德里報導〕西班牙警方十日宣布破獲一個跨國人蛇集團，查獲八十一本包括台灣、香港、新加坡、日本、南韓、馬來西亞等國家的假護照，並逮捕七十五名嫌犯，包括五十一名西人、二十四名法人。西國警方表示，這起行動是和法國警方聯手，該集團以四萬到五萬歐元（約一百六十萬至兩百萬台幣）為代價，以假護照將中國偷渡客送往美、西、法、希、義、英和土耳其等國。

警方說，該組織首腦在中國，在各國建立分支，獨立作業。目前兩名歐洲分支首腦已在巴塞隆納落網，警方並查獲大批假護照，並起出偽造文件的手提電腦、及二十多個歐洲邊檢站的假印章。

警方表示，他們在二○一一年七月開始調查這個犯罪集團，蛇頭多半來自中國和大馬。西、法警方發現，中國偷渡客在歐洲的最後中轉站是西班牙，由此可轉進英國或美國。巴塞隆納機場是最後接應站。歐盟對人口走私加劇現象十分擔憂，因為○八年到一○年間非法偷渡人口足足增加十八％，其中六十一％來自保加利亞和羅馬尼亞，歐洲之外則以中國偷渡客為最大宗。
