打字易暈眩　可能患有「電郵呼吸中止症」

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】通常發生在睡眠時候的呼吸中止症(apnoea) ，造成疲勞、記憶衰退、無法集中注意力、焦慮和頭痛等問題，現在研究指出，打字時也會發生呼吸中止症。
 
如果你打字時常常容易頭暈昏眩，甩甩頭或深呼吸後又恢復正常的話，很可能就是發生「電郵呼吸中止症」(email apnoea) ，這個詞最早由蘋果前管理人員史東(Linda Stone)提出，她發現在閱讀或回覆電郵時，因注意力太過集中，會不自覺暫時停止呼吸，史東表示引發「電郵呼吸中止症」可能是坐姿不良彎腰駝背導致，另一可能是壓力導致，電郵內容讓收信者感到緊張的話，就容易發生呼吸不良的問題。
