國際美元走強　新台幣早盤先貶後升　隨後在30元上下盤整

新台幣兌美元匯價今(17)日早盤呈現先貶後升，在觸及以30.065元、貶值1.5分後，隨即止貶回升，但由於國際美元仍走強，加上台股走跌，新台幣升幅有限，隨後在30元上下震盪，實質走勢也是偏弱。

雖然今日韓國金融市場休市，不過，國際美元表現仍相對強勢，亞洲貨幣包括日圓、星幣等兌美元仍偏弱，倒是人民幣中間匯價則是升值，而新台幣兌美元匯價早盤是先貶後升，但實質走勢也是相對偏弱。

匯銀人士指出，在修正央行補升效應之下，新台幣兌美元匯價今日早盤以30.06元、貶值1分開出後，一度下探30.065元，隨後止貶回升，反彈回到29.931元、升值1.19角，不過，由於美元仍相對強勢，台股跌，新台幣升幅有限。

匯銀人士表示，新台幣在觸及29.931元高點後，隨即拉回至30元上下震盪，實質走勢相對偏弱，盤中一度又見到30元，而截至上午9時45分為止，新台幣兌美元匯價來到29.995元、升值5.5分。
