公司章程用漢字 韓大企業惹股東不滿

由於韓文先天上的限制，很多南韓大企業在公司章程上大量使用漢字，以免日後產生不可預料的歧義和糾紛，但這個做法卻招來股東的不滿，因為他們看不懂漢字。

韓國法律規定上市公司公開資料必須用韓文書寫，但公司章程屬於附加資料，因此用漢字並不違法。

南韓曾經全面廢止漢字，但是1990年後，國內主張恢復使用漢字的呼聲逐漸高漲，1998年還成立了全國性的漢字教育推進組織，但很快就因為主事者過世而遭到擱置，2009年，又有多名前政府官員共同簽名上書青瓦台，呼籲當時總統李明博要強化漢字教育，直到前年，南韓小學生才全面恢後學習漢字。由於歷年來韓國政府對漢字教育立場搖擺不定，導致韓國年輕一代幾乎完全無法讀寫漢字，和日本的情況差很多，恐怕還要很多年才能改善。(圖：韓文字母）
