消費稅是否再升 日相今年決定

（中央社19日台北電）日本「共同社」報導，日本首相安倍晉三在今天播出的日本放送協會（NHK）電視節目上說，「今年內做出決定」，消費稅率是否於2015年10月上調至10%。安倍也對集體自衛權的行使重申主張。

安倍就消費稅再次上調表示，「如果阻止目前經濟復甦的趨勢，會血本無歸。經濟不成長，就無法實現財政重建」，他重申，會根據12月底前匯總的今年三季經濟指標來綜合判斷。

對修改憲法解釋以允許行使集體自衛權，安倍說：「需要認識到在日本履行責任的過程中，地區會變得更安全。日本已不能局限於四、五十年前的舊思想框架了。必須有人做出決定。」

日本國會將於24日開議。安倍說，「我們打算與包括公明黨在內的執政黨好好協商」修改憲法解釋一事，計劃在協調後做決定。1030119
