標題[請益] 仁寶 vs 群光

公司仁寶(原公司) 群光地點內湖五股職務軟體工程師軟體工程師新資 N N+15 福利 14+分紅(有加班費) 16~20(有加班費?) 工時 9:00~18:00 9:00~21:00 交通時間 ~40m ~20m -------------------------------------------- 現在還在仁寶，今年年終成全薪 (不知道以後會不會比照辦理) 所以去年大概領快到15個月再加上分紅加班的話，有加班費可以領，不過我不常加(一星期大概2次) 群光的話，主管是說一年大概16~20個月 (真的嗎?) 加班人資說一小時是110元 (加心酸的嗎?) 主管說幾乎每天都要加班到九點，忙的話可能會更晚真的有那麼操嗎? 這點是讓我考慮的地方不然其實以薪水來看還不錯大家會建議換公司嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.254.1 ※ 編輯: sceneryview 來自: 42.71.254.158 (01/24 20:50) ※ 編輯: sceneryview 來自: 42.71.254.158 (01/24 20:50)
