外交部29日發布新聞稿表示，自「台日漁業協議」於5月10日生效後，至今已發生4艘我國籍漁船越界遭日方取締案件。外交部正與行政院農業委員會漁業署合作，加強向我漁業界宣導。

外交部呼籲漁界，務必遵守「台日漁業協議」的規定，勿超出「協議適用海域」以外作業，以免遭日方公務船扣捕。
