慢病年吃健保700億　高血壓重複拿藥最多

慢性病藥費年耗近700億元的健保預算，衛福部健保署監測發現，血壓、血糖、血脂「三高」患者重複拿藥情況嚴重，其中以口服降血壓藥最誇張，該署分析跨醫院門診同藥理用藥日數重疊率（即具同藥效藥品領取日的重複情況），以去年1～3季為例，降血壓藥不管在醫院或診所的重疊率都高於1.34％，同期的降血糖、血脂用藥均不到1％，因為病患愛「逛醫院」拿藥，三高疾病年耗健保369億元，佔慢性病藥費比例逾半，成健保財務負擔。

健保署專門委員陳玉敏說，該署若發現醫院門診同藥理用藥日數重疊率偏高，會交由其他醫師專業審查，判斷是否為不當處方，提醒醫師在開藥前，應先檢視患者的健保IC卡、過去3個月的藥歷檔，了解患者的就醫、用藥記錄，避免重複用藥。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
