德拉吉暗示　是否降息3月再決定

歐洲央行（歐銀）宣布維持基準利率0.25%不變，總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，維持利率不變主因是情況仍不明朗，需要獲得更多的資訊才能做出行動，歐銀願意，也已準備好採取行動，詳細的資訊及分析將會在3月初出爐，其中包含對2016年的經濟情況預測。
 
他指出，仍將維持高度貨幣寬鬆政策，在需要的時候也會採取更進一步動作，低通膨肯定還會持續一段時間，但這並不是通縮。
 
他也提到，全球金融市場情況及相關不確定因素，特別是近來動盪不安的新興市場，可能會對經濟有潛在負面影響。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
