（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北7日電）台北地方法院開庭審理檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，黃世銘堅稱無罪，無愧總長職務，檢方斥他犯後態度不佳，全案3月21日宣判。

台北地院今天歷經12小時馬拉松式庭訊，辯論終結。黃世銘表示，不管如何判決，都能欣慰的說不辜負對人民的許諾，也沒有對不起總長職務。庭後媒體問他要否來聆判？他笑著說，「再說」。

黃世銘的委任律師王清峰則問，黃世銘揭發司法關說錯了嗎？另名委任律師王如玄說，黃世銘是背負十字架的檢察總長，從揭弊者成了被告，關說者卻毫髮未傷。

台北地檢署公訴主任檢察官周慶華批評，黃世銘報告總統並非基於公益，動機可議，擾亂憲政秩序又恣意曲解法律，造成政治動盪，犯後態度不佳，但考量他指揮特偵組偵辦眾多重大案件，請法官量處適當之刑。黃世銘聽了臉色鐵青。

法官庭末諭知，全案訂3月21日下午4時宣判。

黃世銘的檢察總長任期在4月18日屆滿，他曾說過若一審遭判有罪就請辭，他被控在司法關說案於去年9月5日偵結前，將案情報告總統馬英九，遭台北地檢署依刑法洩密罪、違反通訊保障及監察法起訴，成為司法史上首位因刑案被起訴的檢察總長。1030207
