我的同事老張自從職場退休後，除天天從事規律的運動外，每周還抽出兩天，回鄉下種那一小塊農地。想像他拿著鋤頭彎腰幹活的模樣，我笑稱他是另類的低頭族。

他說祖先留下來的土地不能任其荒蕪，但囿於種種客觀條件限制，無法大規模耕種，只在能力所及的範圍內選擇小農生產，亦即自得其樂地一個人耕作，種些蔬果之類的作物，而我也不時能分享到他的辛苦結晶。

對於我另類低頭族的形容，他全然認同，他認為這樣既能勞動筋骨，又能和街坊鄰居分享自家生產的蔬果，健身兼敦親睦鄰，何樂不為！
