未收到補償金　油桶擋道阻學生進出

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市林口區醒吾中學大門前方道路，已劃定為既成道路，但尚未完成徵收，因此多年來校方用補償金的方式，向地主「租借」使用路權，方便學生進出校門。今年4月時，學校更換新的校長，腰斬補償金不再續發，導致地主直接將路權收回，並在地上寫著斗大「私有地」紅字，巷道中間擺上灌滿水泥的兩個大油桶，刻意阻擋學生經過。

校方表示，幾次溝通協調皆無所獲，讓校方頗感無奈，但會根據現有法律再跟地主協調，以免學生權益受損。
