積水造成女子滑倒　腳指骨折獲國賠

【孫友廉／新北報導】30多歲的林姓女子前年6月20日上午，和丈夫、女兒前去新北市立聯合醫院三重院區看病，卻因1號電梯前有積水，導致林女滑倒，造成右腳小腳趾骨折，林女認為重摔導致她腰椎、椎間盤突出等，須接受減壓、骨釘固定手術，要求醫院國家賠償153萬餘元。
 
新北地院日前宣判，考量林女丈夫，以及醫院的劉姓管理師皆作證林女有跌倒，醫院也曾發函向林女致歉，認為醫院確有過失，但林女受傷後的兩次就診，都僅反應小腳趾骨折，未陳述脊椎受傷，因此認為脊椎傷勢跟滑倒無關，僅判准醫療費1千餘元、精神慰撫金5萬元，共計5萬1千餘元，全案仍可上訴。
