葉玫潛逃　可處5年以下刑期

【法庭中心／綜合報導】前年6月25日葉玫逾期未歸營，國防部北部地方軍事法院檢察署以葉員涉犯《陸海空軍刑法》第39條「意圖長期脫免職役職責」可處5年以下有期徒刑，於6月29日發佈通緝，去年《軍事審判法》修正，葉玫逃亡案也移交台中地檢署接辦，並繼續發布通緝。
 
檢察官鍾祖聲偵辦此案，今天指揮調查局台中市調查處派員北上桃園機場，由於葉女是因逾期拘留被遣返，市調處接押葉女後直接送往台中地檢署交由檢察官偵訊。葉玫上月接受《蘋果》越洋專訪提到曾打算向駐英代表處自首，但強調「希望他們可以先給我不用坐牢的書面保證」。
