陸媒：谷俊山弟也貪 賣地歛財

（中央社台北18日電）中共解放軍前總後勤部副部長谷俊山胞弟谷獻軍也涉貪。擔任村支書10年，谷獻軍就賣掉全村逾1000畝地，進帳至少人民幣1000萬元。

財新網日前報導，據知情者透露，谷獻軍擔任河南濮陽市孟軻鄉東白倉村支部書記期間，即透過出售村裡的集體土地，累積巨額財富。

報導舉例，2004年，村裡近280畝地被谷獻軍賣給開發商建設住宅社區；2007年他又低價買下村內土地，再轉賣給建商，這一轉手至少淨賺1000萬元。

谷獻軍也曾以幫忙徵地為由，向開發商索取土地。

知情者透露，開發商曾送給谷獻軍5畝地，他開發成大樓後又賣給開發商。

谷獻軍獲取財富的管道，還包括和開發商勾結插乾股，甚至成立建設投資公司承攬工程再轉包。有的工程即便不合規定，但可能礙於谷獻軍身分特殊，當地政府也多半睜一隻眼閉一隻眼。

谷氏家族財富暴增，自己在村子裡的房產約有7、8處，甚至在一條巷子兩旁，所屬住宅就長達150多公尺，更有村民直指，谷氏家族的財富是全村總合的2至3倍。1030118
