36歲男搶68歲銀樓老闆　遭打趴更判刑

【孫友廉／新北報導】新北市打零工的男子石達宏（36歲），因積欠地下錢莊28萬元遭逼債，在去年10月28日近中午，戴上馬尾假髮、眼鏡，以型男打扮，預藏電擊棒搶永和某家銀樓，卻遭大他32歲的陳姓老闆奮力抵抗，石男被制服，新北地院日前依加重強盜未遂等罪，判處石男三年十月。
 
陳姓老闆68歲，平日有游泳、爬山習慣，雖較石男矮，但體型較壯碩。石男原以為陳男老邁，容易得手，趁陳男轉頭拿金飾時，持電擊棒，跳上櫃檯要攻擊，卻因電擊棒發出聲響，被陳男查覺轉身拍落，兩人扭打，石男雖一度持銀樓的鐵剪攻擊，造成陳男頭部受傷，但陳男用石男所揹側背包的肩帶，反勒石男並壓制他在地不能動彈。
