為了防範H7N9，政府規定5月17號之後，就不能私宰活情禽，不過有記者發現，在桃園八德一間鐵皮屋...晚上下來，可能得殺2000隻雞。 處理的過程看似沒有不對，不過明明從5月17號開始，就明訂不可以私宰活禽，這下不是違法了嗎？業者為了怕人...
