手機排版請見諒，我的公司是間出版社，規模應該不算太小平常是每個月最後一個工作天發薪水，從去年七月開始，公司每個月都有理由延遲發薪水，從一天，兩天，三天...變成一週，兩週，正當我覺得塊陶的時候，被公司資遣了，已經於上月底離職，但剩下的薪水加上資遣費遲遲沒能拿到，問公司竟然說董事長休假去，沒辦法簽核請款，不知道何時發錢，快的話1月底才能拿到12月的薪水， (上次還說董事長被美國冰風暴困住，還有mail伺服器壞掉無法傳資料等爛理由...) 於是想要去勞工局申訴，不知道除了申訴書之外，要準備什麼文件才好？謝謝~:) ----- Sent from JPTT on my Samsung GT-I9100. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.100.1
