標題[請益] 台積面試後錄取流程中的資歷查核問題

是這樣的，小弟前陣子有幸到台積面試昨天手機有未接來電一看是台積的電話今天打回去問的結果是有錄取了，但招募中心說還是得等電話通知結果下午有接到電話，hr說有錄取了，但因當初人事資料表上的資歷查核沒填之前主管的資料，所以要我提供，說這是錄用流程必需做的，如沒提供就無法把流程跑完。所以想請教一下，HR如果打給主管會不會對錄取資格有影響呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.135.20
