二林鎮長涉貪獲交保　彰法院重開羈押庭

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣二林鎮長張國棟涉貪遭約談獲交保，彰化檢方不服提抗告，台中高分院撤銷交保處分，彰化地方法院今天下午重開羈押庭。
 
去年12月23日，檢調接獲檢舉，指稱二林鎮公所在2012年間辦理5件污水下道工程時，傳出收受回扣的不法情事，彰檢傳訊二林鎮長張國棟等8名官商到案，經漏夜偵訊後，張國棟及廠商夫妻陳忠和、蘇麗雀等3人在去年12月24日遭檢方聲押，法官裁定張國棟二百萬元交保，陳忠和與蘇麗雀則都是一百萬元交保。
 
檢察官認為，張國棟疑似在2012年間，在5件的汙水下水道工程中，收取5％的回扣、不法所得超過1千萬元，涉案程度相當高，因此得知張國棟獲交保後，提出抗告，台中高分院撤銷原交保裁定後，彰化地院今天下午在第一法庭召開羈押審理庭。
