【方翊倩／綜合報導】葉姓女子被控與已婚張姓男子通姦，一審判決有罪，她不服上訴，指張除夕還到她家吃團圓飯，二審改判無罪。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，張妻控告葉女明知張是有婦之夫，卻相約出遊並發生關係，一審判葉女有罪，葉女不服上訴。葉女表示，她2003年認識張並交往，後來發現對方已婚而分手，5年後再度聯絡，張表明自己已離婚，才再度和他交往，且張幾乎都住外面，有一年還和她回家過年。二審法院認為這種行為不易辨識張是有家庭之人，改判無罪。
