黃敏惠太龜　「該當何罪」

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】民進黨嘉義市長黨內初選參選人陳英華今天上午率支持者到嘉義市政府前抗議；陳英華指出，縱貫鐵路阻礙嘉義市發展，許多縣市都已進行鐵路高架或地下化，但嘉義市不但進度龜速，還要配合款；他接著到嘉義地檢署按鈴聲告市長黃敏惠瀆職。
 
陳英華指出，西部縱貫鐵路捷運化大都會區只剩嘉義地區沒做，黃敏惠該當何罪？錯誤的政策比貪污更可怕，因此，他到地檢署告黃敏惠瀆職。
 
市府否認陳的指控表示，從2006年黃敏惠就任後即陸續完成嘉義市區鐵路高架化可行性研究、環境影響評估及綜合規劃報告等前置作業，且不斷利用各種平台與機會積極向中央爭取全額補助。
