【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺中午舉行記者會，對於《地政士法》第51條之1，增列限期改正(含逾期申報及不實申報)條款，放寬對地政士不實登錄處罰規定，恐將導致實價登錄制度崩解，不得不提出覆議案。

江揆強調，不實登錄累計到目前71萬5480件，其中104件為逾期申報裁罰案件，只有7件是不實申報的裁罰案件。媒體質疑只有7件不實申報，卻要以重大窒礙難行理由而提覆議案，是否適當？

江揆則說，受罰人數之低，可以看出原先《地政士法》的規定十分合理且有效，但如有限期改正機會，會產生道德風險，心存僥倖的地政士等地方政府稽核結果發現不實通知限期改正，才「配合」改正申報實價，造成資訊不實機會大增，而且每年買賣案件約有50萬件，也會造成政府人力有限，無法按筆稽核，立即提出覆議案是為了防患未然。
