熱錢搭信義線走了　新北店面跌價

除新竹、台中與高雄市外，去年第4季各都店面成交均價較第3季下滑0.6~7.6%，受捷運信義線通車的利多影響，新北市資金轉向北市小店面。業者指出，受去年底捷運信義線通車商圈效應，新北市資金轉向北市小店面。

統計實價登錄，北市店面價格每坪破百萬元，而新北市店面均價為每坪53.8萬元，約北市一半，台中與高雄店面分別為每坪27.7萬元、28.6萬元。

新北市去年第4季店面價格較第3季衰退7.6%，台灣房屋智庫市場經理劉志雄指出，去年底信義線通車所帶來的商圈效應，置產族將目光都轉向信義線及預計今年通車的松山線，對本來有意購置新北市高單價店面的人，寧願轉進北市捷運沿線周邊，找尋小一點的店面，增加投資收益，使新北市店面第4季價格下滑。（張菱育／台北報導）
