昨深夜免收費未塞　初二到初四才是考驗

今年春節首度延長夜間免收費時段至10小時，從1月29日小年夜至2月3日初四的每天晚間9時起隔日清晨7時免收費，昨實施首日，高公局監測發現免收費時段10小時內湧現74萬輛次，其中原7小時免收費時段和去年相比，減少5萬輛，僅有45萬輛趁凌晨後上國道，其他5萬輛、約1成則移轉至晚間9時後就擠上國道，高公局表示，昨深夜免收費時段未塞車，還不能掉以輕心，初二到初四的晚間9時和清晨6時的免收費才是考驗，恐難逃塞車，呼籲民眾盡量避開晚間9時到11時、清晨6~7時免收費時段上國道，多利用凌晨免收費時段，可躲開塞車。(李姿慧／台北報導)
