【短片】證交所推低波動高股息指數

台灣證交所今天與標普道瓊斯指數公司簽訂指數開發及品牌合作契約，並推出第1支合編的「台灣低波動高股息指數」，並挑選興富發（2542）、長虹（5534）、中華電（2412）、寶成（9904）等40檔高配息及波動較低的成份股，讓保守型投資人可獲得穩定報酬且降低波動風險。

證交所董事長李述德表示，台股具有3P題材，包括獲利率高、價格及周轉率合理等核心價值，未來隨著低波動高股息指數推出後，可提供投資人追求穩定報酬，並可降低股價波動風險。

針對台股封關大跌，他認為，市場漲跌只是結果，因為每個人投資方式不同，有的人可能在封關前獲利了結，不過，只要市場機制完整、交易透明，且從近期量能明顯增加來看，預料今年行情還是處於樂觀的狀態。（陳建彰／台北報導）
