【短片】狂風襲奧勒岡　行人寸步難移

美國中西部及南部地區，近日受「極地渦漩」(Polar Vortex)壟罩，再陷低溫，西北部的奧勒岡州則是出現了罕見的強風，更有市民被風吹到跌倒。

美國氣象學會表示，奧勒岡州周一(27日)的風速，瞬間已達到每小時185公里，民眾不旦難以站立，更有人被強風吹到腳離地飛了出去，真的是寸步難行；即使想開車外出也不容易，因為車門都被大風吹開、難以關上。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
