（中央社記者韋樞台北27日電）各大企業紛紛提及2014年為員工調薪，台塑集團表示，歷年均為 6月開始啟動調薪考量，7月正式調薪。

台塑集團表示，歷年調薪主要是考量大環境和石化業景氣好壞、石化業同業的調薪幅度，以及消費者物價指數變動等因素，經過九人小組核定後才調整。

台塑集團指出，2014年發放2013年年終獎金4.52個月，除了2013年業績表現不錯外，主要是2012年的業績不好，年終獎金偏少，所以才增加年終獎金幅度，不過調薪屬長期經營成本的變動，需要再慎重考慮。
