桃園一名郭姓男子（36歲）去年2月間因不滿妻子在晚間仍執意外出與朋友餐敍而抓傷妻子的手臂；事隔1個月後的晚上，兩人在就寢後又再因此而發生口角，郭男竟以腳踹妻子臉部，害她跌落下床，嘴唇破裂受傷，案經郭妻提告後，郭矢口否認犯行，但因郭妻指証歷歷，又有驗傷單，桃園地檢署依傷害罪嫌將郭男聲請簡判。（張沛森／桃園報導）
