有打電話去職業訓練就業中心問了，但一直沒下文所以想請教版上曾有領過失業給付的版友因為要領失業補助，今天去請就服站開立介紹卡（法令規定）遇到了一個問題，有關失業給付介紹卡的開立，有規定同一家公司不同單位（但同樣職稱，行政助理）一個人事部，一個資訊部（這２個單位求才隔了２個月）同一個公司不能開立2次以上嗎？他們的促進就業人員說下次不可以再找之前找過的公司可是根本是同公司不同單位在徵人呀？請問這部份有在相關就業法規有規定嗎？（有去全國法規資料庫去翻過，但都沒看到） -- " 生命，只有一回！夢想，不會只有一次！錯過的愛情，只要肯回頭，還是有找回心靈相印的一天……" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.4.104

剛就業中心的人員已有回電予我，說就保法裡面沒有規定同公司不可以應徵２次以上所以我這樣子是沒有問題的他已和就服站的服務人員溝通，他說服務人員只是希望我去找不同公司，老實說，他要查也可以去查，我都實際寄履歷表過去，而且是不同單位不同主管我還更希望早一點找到工作～已經蹲在家快受不了了 ※ 編輯: kimjay 來自: 220.143.4.104 (12/02 15:43)
